It's free to join the online forum and start interacting with other people who are also using BigCommerce for their online stores. This community is great for general support on eCommerce, and with more specific BigCommerce questions as well. However, if you are a technical user, you can certify with BigCommerce by completing the developer courses. These courses can be done in person, via instructor-led sessions. The courses are also available online and on-demand. Keep in mind, however, that while the pandemic lasts all in-person initiatives keep suspended.

Courses/Cohorts
The BigCommerce University offers different training options for Business Users and for Technical Users. For Business Users, you can find on-campus training at some of the BigCommerce's locations around the world. They also offer personalized training in your location (this is virtual now, due to the pandemic). Moreover, and if you prefer, you can get on-demand training. This course includes 18 interactive modules that teach you how to build your eCommerce store using BigCommerce.
On the other hand, Technical Users can certify with BigCommerce by completing their developer courses. You can attend the courses in person, and enjoy instructor-led sessions at the BigCommerce campus. They will also travel to your own location to train you and your team (although this is only available for merchants). However, in-person sessions are currently suspended due to the pandemic. But you can also access the developer courses on-demand by completing them online.
