Design Leadership is a community that gathers over 5000 designers and leaders from all over the world via a Slack group and annual conferences.

The Slack group is free to access and to join you only need to complete a simple form. Inside, you will find a thriving community willing to help each other out. There are channels such as people management, processes and workflows, women and non-binary leaders, and jobs. Channels target people with leading roles in design, such as directors and managers.

Conversations in the online group can help you get unstuck and gain new perspectives on situations you may encounter professionally. The feedback and the advice provided in the group make it very valuable for anyone looking to further grow in their career as leaders. Additionally, the online group it's a perfect space to network, connect, and make friends that share your passion for design.

Furthermore, the community regularly organizes virtual events such as webinars and workshops to help you advance professionally. If you are part of the Slack group, you will be notified every time a new event appears. The community also organizes in-person events. These events are mainly dinners and happy hours to socialize with other members and to expand your professional network.

Lastly, you can also participate in annual conferences by being a member of the community. The last one was on October 18-22, 2021, and was completely virtual. This conference, Remote Design Week, featured over 50 expert speakers from different fields of design, from top global companies. The community stores some of those talks in their own content library, where you can also find videos from past conferences and events.

The community hosts annual conferences where expert speakers discuss relevant topics for designers. The Design Leadership community is an initiative of DesignX, which hosted the last conference from October 18-22 of 2021. This conference was called Remote Design Week and featured over 50 guest speakers.

Additionally, there are regular workshops and webinars. If you are part of the Slack group, you will be notified every time there is a new event to attend.
