There are two main weekly events where members join to accelerate their businesses.
The first one is called Mindful Monday. As its name states, it happens each Monday and consists of a 20-minute mindfulness exercise. This is led by a coach and its main purpose is to prepare you mentally for the upcoming week.
The other meeting is Feedback Friday. This is a space for conversating and receiving advice from experts. It allows you to join with like-minded peers to talk about what you were working on throughout the week, what challenges are you facing, and what are your goals for the next week.
Hera Hub organizes Business Boosts, structured sessions with different formats to address a specific topic regarding building and growing a business. One popular format of Business Boosts is roundtables, which allows you to discuss with other members and bounce off ideas.
Additional activities include book clubs and the Writer's Lounge. These are focused on collaborative learning. Some masterminds are also available and allow members to learn how to develop different business strategies.
Lastly, the biggest event is the Hera Heroina Awards. This is an annual event to recognize entrepreneurs' efforts. You can participate to enjoy talks from experts and network with other members.
Hera Hub offers in-person and virtual coworking. There are coworking spaces in many locations across the United States. Each space organizes its own activities, has its own membership, and has built a local community around it. You can find your nearest co-working space and join other women in a quiet, friendly space to work on your business.
On the other hand, if you don't live in the United States you can also access virtual coworking sessions. There are several sessions throughout the week, so you can choose the date and time that best suits you.
Coworking's a great way to get to know other Hera Hub members and network with passionate women entrepreneurs. Lastly, members also communicate through a Facebook group, a safe space to ask questions, request advice, and share knowledge with others.
As a member of Hera Hub, you can access a podcast library. The podcast is called Flight Club and contains many episodes with guest speakers and different experts who share their experiences and insightful advice on building and growing a business.
Additionally, you can find many business resources, both in video and text format. These are mainly "how-to" content that explains and gives advice on entrepreneurship, leadership, and business-related topics.
There is another section that includes interviews with experts. They are also available both in video and text format. Finally, you can find articles written by different women entrepreneurs in Opinion, and the latest news from the community and the entrepreneurship world in News.
