Description

Kamloops Innovation is a non-profit organization that offers free co-working spaces and paid programs for early-stage startups.

Coworking is free from 9 am to 5 pm. To participate, you only need to drop in at 348 Tranquille Road, Kamloops, Canada. Besides the co-working space, the building has an open meeting area and two boardrooms. It has coffee always available at the kitchenette, as well as high-speed internet. The shared den also has "hot desks" you can rent on a monthly basis. This gives you a dedicated space to work, 24/7 access to the building, and a small locker to secure your belongings.

If you are working at Kamloops Innovation with a team, you can also rent an office. For early-stage startups looking to grow, the community offers two programs. On the one hand, the Venture Acceleration Program is fee-based ($200 monthly) and gives founders the coaching needed to build business models for sustained growth.

On the other hand, RevUP is a six-month program that connects the leadership team of product-based, technology companies with experienced mentors. The program offers a combination of mentorship and coaching to craft custom action plans, as well as peer-to-peer networking and training opportunities. To join, your company must have a revenue of at least $500K.

Additionally, Kamloops Innovation occasionally organizes virtual events. Most events are workshops and webinars featuring relevant topics for startup founders and entrepreneurs.
