Natives in Tech is an NGO that gathers indigenous technologists from all over the world to connect with each other and boost their careers.
It's completely free to join the community. On the one hand, you can participate in an online forum to discuss technology-related topics with other natives. On the other hand, there is also a talent directory that showcases diverse talent from all over the world. By creating a profile on this directory, you can get new career opportunities and, at the same time, find like-minded people to connect with.
Additionally, the community has a Slack group and organizes in-person networking meetups for members to get to know each other. However, for participating in any of those two initiatives you need to send an email to social@nativesintech.org.
Moreover, the community organizes an annual conference since 2019 that brings together indigenous technologists and features expert speakers from the industry. It's a great learning and networking opportunity.
