Description

Technoholics is a free Discord server for freelancers and people interested in tech. Inside, you can join lively discussions with like-minded people.

The community addresses many topics with the help of different channels. In the field of technology, Technoholics has channels for web, app, and game development, AI, UI/UX design, and cybersecurity.

On the other hand, freelancers benefit from channels that feature successful freelancers' experiences, paid jobs, and specific areas like graphic design or video editing. Additionally, there is a channel to share job offers. Apart from this, you can join the project collab channel and find peers to work on specific projects.

The main objective is to provide a space for discussion of these topics. Members also participate in the community to receive advice, get feedback, and share their knowledge. By joining Technoholics, you will be able to meet like-minded tech lovers and freelancers from all over the world.

For those who are interested, the community offers free courses on machine learning. By signing up, you will access videos, a private Telegram group, and a bot support server. Finally, the community also has off-topic, entertainment channels. Some of these are for memes, gaming links, and general small talk.

Learning Events

The community has two different channels related to learning events. Inside the first one, you will find different events with their respective information (date, time, type of event) shared by other members of the community. All of these events are likely to interest you if you are a freelancer or passionate about tech. The second channel is where members discuss the events themselves, sharing key takeaways or asking questions.

On the other hand, for members interested in expanding their knowledge, the community has created study rooms. These are voice channels that members join, similar to coworking spaces, to study a particular topic. The advantage is that you can avoid interruptions by other messages by activating the focus mode.

Networking Events

Members of Technoholics interact through a Discord server. Besides the topic-specific channels to discuss freelancing and tech topics, there are also leisure channels. These include sharing memes, gaming links, media, and more, and allow members to enjoy off-topic, casual discussions. There is also a voice channel called "fun zone". It is destined purely for entertainment.

Additionally, if you opt for accessing any free course, you will be added to a group on Telegram. There, you will be able to interact with other members about more technical concepts.

Courses/Cohorts

The community has a channel for free courses on machine learning. Once you join, you will find the description for each course (the topĂc and what is included). In general, all courses offer a bot support server, video tutorials, access to a private Telegram group, and intern job offers through LinkedIn.
