The Community Community is an invite-only community and a Slack group for senior community professionals who meet once a month.
To join, you need to be a senior community professional. Additionally, you need to apply through an application form to request access. This ensures all members of the community are vetted community professionals with extensive experience who can hold high-level conversations about community building with each other.
Once you get accepted into The Community Community, you will enter a Slack group. This is the place where members keep in touch with each other in between the monthly meetings.

The Community Community accepts senior community professionals, who have to apply through an application form in order to request access. Besides being in a community role for a minimum of 3 years, you need to meet one of the following criteria: (you don’t need all, just one)
- A Sr Manager, Head of, Director, or VP title
- At least one direct report
- Have worked on multiple community launches
- OR explain your qualifications outside of these options
