You can filter buyers based on years of buyer experience, construction experience, amount of purchased properties, reviews from previous transactions, and BuyerScout Scores. Additionally, sellers can post their property on the platform, out of public view, and receive messages from interested buyers.
On the other hand, buyers can join BuyerScout to find good deals and improve/update their property portfolio. By joining, you will be able to create a complete profile that showcases your experience as a real estate investor. Moreover, you will receive notifications of relevant properties for sale that match your investor profile. Buyers in BuyerScout get access to off-market deals, FSBO properties (for sale by owner), wholesale properties, and more.
