David's Developer Safeplace is a free community and Discord server that gather software developers and engineers from all over the world.
By joining this community, you'll be able to discuss all things software engineering with fellow peers. Indeed, members use the group to ask questions, share career advice, and expand their professional network.
Those who are active on the server and contribute to the community will earn server points. You can later exchange server points for community coaching sessions. Here, vetted members with extensive experience volunteer to help beginners with whatever guidance they need. On the other hand, if you need more personalized help, you can pay for one-on-one, private coaching with David, the founder.
David's Developer Safeplace also organizes the "Ship in 30" monthly event. Here, members gather to build an open-source project in a month. The event helps members to boost their skills and get hands-on practice.
