EVCA is a non-profit organization that hosts a cohort for undergraduate students who are looking to enter the venture capital industry.
The EVCA Fellowship is a year-long, remote fellowship for undergraduate, university students interested in venture capital. This fellowship is ideal for students who have a serious interest in pursuing a venture capital career. As such, fellows are expected to dedicate at least 5 hours/week during the school year to participate in the cohort.

To join the community, you need to apply before the deadline each year. Keep in mind that you must have at least two semesters left before graduation in order to join the EVCA Fellowship program.
This cohort allows you to not only get hands-on practice in the industry, but also learn from experts, and get guidance through mentorship. You will also be able to interact with like-minded students worldwide who also want to enter the venture capital industry. Members are able to make new friends, expand their professional network, and make contacts early in their careers.
Additionally, all fellows' resumes are included in a "resume book" shared with the EVCA community. This ensures you get valuable visibility and maybe internships or other job opportunities before you graduate. Lastly, don't forget to explore EVCA's job board if you are looking for venture capital jobs.
Get one-on-one mentorship:
At the beginning of the program, you have to formulate three goals you want to accomplish by the end of the year. Then, you will receive one-on-one mentorship and support along the way to complete those goals.

Practice with real-world projects:
The cohort includes the creation of several projects alongside EVCA industry vertical co-leads. This allows students to get hands-on practice in the industry.

The EVCA Fellowship includes quarterly fireside chats with successful VCs and entrepreneurs. Additionally, you will participate in recurring, small discussion groups to discuss case studies and relevant industry news.
