Furlough is an ecosystem of entrepreneurs, startup founders, eCommerce owners, investors, and marketers collaborating for growth.
You can join the community for free. Additionally, all events, resources, and features of the community are free. Here, you will find like-minded experts, founders, and business owners looking to collaborate and grow together. The community organizes many events every weekday:

Additionally, members communicate through a Discord server. Most events also take place on the community's Discord server. However, keep in mind that there are mostly voice channels. Indeed, members use this online group to solve problems together, request advice, and simply interact with like-minded entrepreneurs.
Lastly, don't forget to check out Furlough's public tasks board. It includes to-do lists of tasks that have to be done for the general management of the community. Moreover, by completing tasks, you get real-world practice to add to your CV. Also, you will get paid in USDC for some tasks.

Meetings
Furlough has a schedule of different events every weekday:
- Flagship Session: every weekday at 2 pm EST there are talks with industry experts.
- Connect & Collaborate: every weekday at 10 am EST, members gather at the #Collab-Hall voice channel to find synergy with someone on their goals for the day. Then, you join the #Collab-Room with that person to work together.
- Weekly Kick Off: every Monday at 2 pm EST, members gather for accountability meetings. Each one shares their goals for the upcoming week, as well as their challenges and successes of the past week.
- eComm Check In: every Tuesday at 1 pm EST at the #Fourlonge channel, marketing professionals take a look at the stores in the Furlough ecosystem (which make a minimum of a million dollars annually).
- Startup Booster: every Tuesday at 2 pm EST Furlough's members boost a different startup each week, helping the founder with everything they can.
- Mastermind: Wednesdays at 2 pm EST there are peer-to-peer mentoring groups used to help one member solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members.
- Remote Networking: on the last Wednesday of every month Furlough's members come together for remote speed networking.
- Build in Public: Thursdays at 2 pm EST founders share their stories and connect with other founders on a deeper level.
- Member Integration: on the first Friday of every month Furlough integrates their freshman into the community.
- Member Roundtable: this session is every Friday (excluding the first and last Friday of the month). The community curates roundtables with guests based on experience level.

Members connect and interact in Discord. Inside, there are mostly voice channels where members gather to solve problems together, request advice, or enjoy coworking sessions.
