The London Writers' Salon is a free community for writers with several membership options that give you access to a private community and events.

For free, you can participate in LWS' Writers' Hour sessions. These are held each weekday at 8 am across four time zones. Writers' Hours gather writers worldwide to write without interruptions for a full hour. Besides, the community offers several membership options that allow you to access diverse perks:

Bronze Writer (£9/month): access to paid writing opportunities, a space to share your published work, 50% off Salon interviews, and access to monthly, members-only socials and parties.
Silver Writer (£24/month): live weekly interviews and workshops, a library of 100+ recordings of past events, 24-hour virtual 'Writing Cabin & Cafe', 'Writing Rooms' around special interests and genres, community meetups, critique sessions, open mics, and more.
Gold Writer (£79/month): everything in Silver, plus weekly accountability check-ins, office hours with editors and agents, discounts on coaching and masterclasses, book proposal resources, and more.

Meetings

Each weekday morning at 8 am, members gather to participate in Writers' Hour. This is a free event held at four timezones for members to write without interruptions for an hour straight:

London 8 am GMT
New York 8 am ET (1 pm GMT)
Los Angeles 8 am PT (4 pm GMT)
Melbourne, Australia 8 am AEDT (Sun-Thu 9 pm GMT)

You can join as many Writers' Hours as you want for free. On the other hand, the community also organizes monthly members-only socials and parties (for Bronze Writers and above), monthly critique sessions (for Silver Writers and above), and weekly accountability check-ins (for Gold members only).

Learning Events

LWS Silver Writers and above participate in live weekly interviews and workshops. Additionally, Gold Writers have the opportunity of attending office hours with editors and agents.

Networking Events

Silver Writers and above get access to a private community of like-minded writers. This community includes a 24-hour virtual Writing Cabin & Cafe section, where members are able to hang out and discuss all things writing. Additionally, there are Writing Rooms organized around special interests and different genres, as well as open mic sessions. Members also have the chance to connect and interact with each other in community meetups.

Content Library

The community has a free podcast with 50+ episodes. Additionally, members of the Silver Writer membership and above get access to a library of 100+ recordings of past events. On the other hand, Gold Writer members can leverage diverse book proposal resources.

Courses/Cohorts

The London Writers' Salon has several paid courses and masterclasses for writers to level up their skills.
