Order In is a paid community for remote workers that bonds human connection with structured workdays to help you do more in less time. They are not currently not accepting new members, but you can stay updated with the latest community news to discover future application deadlines.
The community follows a structured work-day model powered by behavioral science. Every day at 9 AM and 1 PM, members meet for their daily inspiration sessions. These meetings are quick 15-minute sessions with the purpose of seeing familiar faces and setting/updating your goals for the day. It's a powerful component of accountability that will help you to accomplish your goals.
Additionally, on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1.30 PM, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4.30 PM, members meet for their daily deep work sprint. These are deep-focus sessions where you will be guided to do more work in less time, with the support of the community and useful techniques that will serve you a lifetime. (All times are in EST).
All this structured workweek is set up like this for a reason. It avoids scattering and losing focus, doing only productive work that actually matters. This is the reason why members at Order In work four days a week instead of five. Fridays are off days, allowing for a better work-life balance. Additionally, this structure integrates constant human connection, making remote work less isolating and more fun.
Membership costs $6 per month. To test if the community it's the right choice for you, you will enjoy a 5-day free trial of the membership.
Besides daily meetings, community members also interact on a Slack group. Inside, members make friends and connect with like-minded people with similar interests. Additionally, they have a dedicated channel where members share resources they have found helpful in their remote working journeys.
Order In regularly hosts virtual learning events such as workshops and webinars. Most events are public and free, so you can register whether you are a community member or not.
