Description

Travelers Century Club is an exclusive, invite-only, paid community for travelers who have visited at least 100 countries around the world.

TCC is a non-profit organization, founded in 1954. Over the years, it has accumulated over 1500 members. To join, the main requirement is to have visited at least 100 territories of the TCC's list of countries. Later, you have to fill out an application form and send it out along with the membership fees. Once the team reviews your application (in a matter of 6-8 weeks) you will officially enter the group.

Membership fees include a $100 one-time, initiation fee. Current yearly fees are $75 for United States residents and $85 for people living outside the United States.

TCC offers its members a great variety of events to participate in. For example, you can join online events. Those "virtual explorations" usually involve guest speakers and some members who give their presentations. Each event is focused on a specific travel destination, and the presenter gives the audience an overview of the location with some travel advice. These events are awesome to learn about new locations and places to explore, to get accommodation options, and to listen to others' experiences.

On the other hand, you can also participate in physical events. In-person gatherings usually consist of lunches or dinners where members have the opportunity to have casual conversations. These events are excellent for networking and getting to know other members. Likewise, TCC has local chapters in different countries around the world. You can contact the Area Coordinator of your nearest chapter to receive information about events and activities of the local chapter.

Lastly, you can connect with others online via TCC's social network. This exclusive online group allows members to gather online and interact with others from all over the world. The social network is awesome to share your travel experiences, photos, and travel advice. Additionally, you can meet like-minded travelers to bounce off ideas with.
