Transcend Network is a community for early-stage founders working full-time on a project centered around the future of work or learning.
To join, you have to be an early-stage founder working full-time in your startup. You can be at the idea stage, but you have to be actively experimenting in the space to be eligible to join the community. Additionally, your startup has to be in the work or education space. If you meet the requirements, you can fill out a form and express your interest to join the next cohort.
When you get accepted, you will enter a 6-week cohort with other fellow founders. The Transcend Fellowship runs several cohorts through the year (the next one will begin in January 2022). This program supported over 120 founders from 33 countries around the world since the community's inception.
The program has two weekly meetings. On Tuesdays, you will join "Founder Labs", facilitated sessions to help you connect with other members. These meetings' purpose is to share each founder's journey and to get accountability. On the other hand, on Thursdays, you will participate in "Skill Labs". These are tactical workshops on company-building, with leading experts in the sector.
Additionally, you will enter a Slack group. This online group is a supportive community of founders, a safe space where you can open up about your journey as a founder. The Slack group also offers continuous masterminds programs. Furthermore, you will access optional events like the "Expert Roundtables". These are weekly sessions led by top founders, operators, and investors working in the future of work or learning.
Lastly, the "Transcend Toolkit" contains all the resources you need to successfully build your startup. It has lots of content and exclusive research around company-building. These resources have been compiled over the years of experience that founders of Transcend Network have.
The last 2021 cohort cost $1280. Besides the actual programming and the weekly meetings, this fee gives you lifetime access to the Slack group, the additional masterminds, and the Transcend Toolkit.
