Once you are a member, you will be able to choose your preferred time and date for the lessons. Chess Cubs will later match you with a coach that is available in that specific schedule. The global team of coaches in Chess Cubs are professionals with years of experience and many awards in chess competitions.

Additionally, and if you live in the United Kingdom, you can opt for in-person lessons instead of online. Every week on the same day and time, your kid will meet with their coach for an hour to learn and practice chess.

Furthermore, over time kids will develop their own network of peers. Chess Cubs match them with other similar kids to have real-world playing experiences and friendly competitions.

Quote

"My six-year-old started as a complete beginner and instantly loved it. Richard is a wonderful teacher: welcoming, patient, and kind with the children. He observes each child’s progress closely and adjusts the weekly lessons accordingly, always giving feedback to parents at the end of the session. My son thoroughly enjoys both the game (he now regularly plays with a neighbor) and the classes.” —Nina
