FEI offers different membership tiers for different kinds of finance executives. To join the community, you must apply to the tier you are interested in and make sure you meet all the requirements for the selected tier. Different memberships have different costs, but most of them cost $299/year.
Additionally, FEI offers a membership for students called Engage. It allows you to access curated content to grow in your career and special events like interviews with experts and AMAs. FEI has different membership categories with diverse requirements.
- Executive: for financial executives with a qualifying title who work in companies of sufficient size.
- Academic: for educators in the field of accounting, business, or finance with a high academic rank.
- In-Transition: unemployed finance professionals who worked the past 5 years in a company of sufficient size with a qualifying title.
- Government/Military: for senior financial executives who serve in a finance, accounting, budget, or treasury position for the government and have direct responsibility for budgetary expenditures of at least $25 million.
