Latinas in Tech is a global non-profit that helps Latinas to build a successful career in tech with free education and networking opportunities.

The community has over 16,000 members from all over the world. To join is completely free, and you can join one of the several local chapters Latinas in Tech have all around the world. Once you enter the community in your nearest city chapter, you will be able to participate in in-person meetups with members of that chapter.

Besides the local meetups, you will be able to connect with other Latinas in tech via the community's online networking events. Moreover, the annual event "Latinas in Tech Summit" is a great opportunity to network with other women and with leading tech companies looking to recruit. The recruiting sessions of the Summit are very helpful for members that are looking to land a new job.

Additionally, the community has a job board with several offers from top businesses in the technology industry. As a member, you will also enter the Talent Pool. This is like a member directory where companies can browse through Latinas in Tech's members to find diverse talents for their open roles. Furthermore, if you are a founder you can appear in the Founders List, which features female Latinas founders of tech startups.

Besides, Latinas in Tech also give its members plenty of learning opportunities. The Latinas in Tech Summit is full of talks with experts, skill-building workshops, and panel discussions. The community regularly organizes other learning events for members, usually online and free for everyone to join. Likewise, you can participate in mentorship sessions with experienced mentors to supercharge your career as a tech expert.
