PMA it's a global community for product marketers that offers a Slack group, several virtual and in-person events, and lots of premium content.

The Slack group it's free and you can join to interact with 20,000+ product marketers from all over the world. Members use the group to ask questions, bounce off ideas and insights with each other, and share knowledge. Additionally, you can join one of PMA's premium memberships to enjoy the full experience.

  • Pro Membership: it costs $49/month or $499/year, and it allows you to continue your development as a product marketer.
  • Exec Membership: this exclusive, invite-only membership is tailored to product marketers leaders at fairly large organizations.

Both memberships allow you to access a huge content library. Content includes not only templates, videos, and slide decks, but also comprehensive toolkits, learning paths, and online courses. Members who have the Pro or Exec memberships can access all courses for a discounted price. The rest of the content it's free for life for members.

On the other hand, members of the Exec membership enjoy other perks such as executive coaching, monthly mastermind sessions, and peer councils. They also have access to a recruitment hub and a hiring board that always has fresh talent available.

Moreover, PMA organizes lots of events. There is an annual online summit, along with other in-person gatherings in different locations across the world. Meetings

PMMNow is a series of free, weekly streaming sessions you can attend to keep up-to-date with industry trends and learn valuable insights from experts. Members of the Exec Membership also enjoy executive coaching and monthly mastermind sessions. In these sessions, attendees join a table of product marketing leaders for one full hour, to discuss high-level topics in a confidential space.

Learning Events

PMA organizes the Customer Marketing Summit, an annual online event with dozens of industry experts and activities such as keynotes, panels, and fireside chats. You can also participate in Product Marketing World, a series of in-person gatherings in the United States and other countries around the world. These sessions allow you to meet other product marketers and listen to presentations to learn new insights.

On the other hand, you can also join PMM Talks. These are live sessions that provide attendees with opportunities to learn from industry leaders by asking questions and interacting with other product marketers. There are many events organized by PMA, you can check them all and register on their events page.

Additionally, the community offers a mentorship program that allows you both to become a mentor or to find a mentor that can give you personalized help to boost your career or conquer a specific challenge.

Besides networking in PMA's in-person and virtual events, where you are able to meet like-minded product marketers from all over the world, the community also offers a Slack group. Content Library

Both Pro and Exec members have access to over 50 templates (and the community adds more every month!) that include not only sales scripts but also business case templates and messaging frameworks. Additionally, members access industry reports, the full PMA toolkits, and product marketing learning paths. Moreover, if you missed any event or want to learn something, in particular, you can explore on-demand footage from all past events (there are more than 300 hours of video content). Lastly, members can leverage the 300+ slide decks to easily excel at their presentations.

Courses/Cohorts

A Product Marketing Alliance membership will give you access to lots of online courses, which also include a certification. There are courses to learn the basics and core concepts of product marketing, as well as different masters for advanced executives and leadership certifications.
