She is a global community for GenZ teens that helps to make visible topics such as mental health, self-care, and relationships. It's completely free to join!

The community is an inclusive, non-judgmental space that welcomes people of all gender identities and expressions. There are no requirements to join, you only need to fill out a simple form to get access to the platform.

It works on the "Geneva" platform, where members gather to interact and make friends. Inside the online group, there are dedicated, topic-specific rooms to discuss relevant subjects for the community. When you join, you will also be able to join PODS, small groups of 5 members that serve as a space to interact and build close friendships.

Besides the discussion forums, there are other rooms to network and meet new people. For example, "hangouts" or "talk" are rooms where you can join live video calls and calls. These meetings are very casual and constitute a great opportunity to connect with other members.

Furthermore, you can join She's book club (weekly meetings) or yoga classes (bi-monthly) to meet like-minded people with similar interests.

Additionally, there are weekly live events, more focused on education, both for parents and teens. These events are announced in the online group but you can also register from She's website. The live events cover topics on mental health, college planning, friendships, confidence, and teen life in general.

Lastly, you can access unlimited multimedia resources (videos, articles, podcasts, etc.) inside the online group. This curated content is perfect to help you navigate confusing times in your life.

Meetings

Every week, members of She gather on virtual video calls to discuss relevant topics for the community. There are several types of events. For example, you can join book club meetings (weekly) or yoga meetings (bi-monthly).

There are also casual calls and video calls you can join from She's platform. These meetings' purpose is to make friends and develop deeper bonds with other members.

Lastly, you can participate in educational events, led by teens, mentors, and influencers, to learn about college, mental health, relationships, and more.

Learning Events

The community host several learning events, tailored both for teens and for parents. For teens, there are events on mental health, friendship, confidence, and relationship education. For parents, on the other hand, there are events that discuss topics such as college applications, helping teens to manage stress and anxiety, strengthening parent-teen relationships, among others.

There are new events each week, and you can register from She's website. Inside the community's platform, you can receive notifications to keep up-to-date on any upcoming events. All webinars and discussion panels are free and virtual!

Networking Events

Members interact on She's online group, (Geneva platform). You can find several rooms tailored to network and make friends, such as the "intros" room, where you can introduce yourself and get to know other members of the community. There are also rooms like "chat" or "discussion forum", tailored to everyday discussion and to ask different questions.

The community also has special rooms such as "get involved" and "interships+programs", specially crafted to share volunteer opportunities and to get internships and scholarships. You can even add your favorite songs to the community's Spotify playlist!

Inside the community, there are also subcommunities, called PODS. PODS are small groups (5 members) that allow members to build close friendships and talk about their most pressing issues. There are also topic-based discussion groups, led by teens, to discuss topics you are interested in.

Lastly, you can also join She's book club (weekly meetings) and yoga classes (bi-monthly meetings). These are perfect spaces to make friends and know like-minded people with similar interests to you.

Content Library

As a member of the community, you can access unlimited resources specially curated for teens. The online group has a dedicated room, called "content library" where you can browse and access all the community's content.

The content library serves as a support space where you can find resources to help you navigate confusing stages of your life. You can find multimedia content (videos, articles, podcasts, etc.) on topics such as mental health, college planning, time management, goal setting, relationships, healthy habits, and more!
