HCI is a global community that provides world-class education, resources, mentorship, and community for HR professionals from all over the world.
You can join the community for free. Indeed, there are no requirements to register. Free members have access to a growing list of resources such as expert research, white papers, infographics, videos, ebooks, and more. Additionally, you can participate in free, live webinars with thought leaders and industry experts.
Furthermore, the community offers its paid members many learning and networking opportunities. You can become a premium member with a yearly fee of $395. Premium members access, among other things, to a Strategic HR Toolkit, full of exclusive resources, quarterly masterclasses, and expert advisors. Premium members can leverage ongoing support via email, along with two 30-minute calls with expert HCI advisors.
HCI hosts monthly conferences that allow you to stay on top of industry trends and best practices. The premium membership includes access to one of these conferences. If you are not a premium member, you can also access these conferences by buying a one-time pass, a 3-conference pass, or an all-access pass.
On the other hand, the community provides industry-recognized, individual certifications to assist your career development. All certifications are paid. Moreover, you can access many certifications at once and other perks for a discounted price by joining HCI's Human Capital Academy. Students of both the individual certification and the academy can connect with each other in HCI's own platform. This allows you to interact with fellow peers and develop your professional network.
