IHR - In-House Recruitment

IHR is a free community for in-house recruiters that provides resources, online groups, and both in-person and virtual events.

To join, you must be an in-house recruiter (the community doesn't allow recruitment agencies to join). It's completely free to register. Once you are a member, you can begin to enjoy the benefits of IHR.

On the one hand, you will be able to enter online forums and a LinkedIn group. Inside, you will find over 20,000 in-house recruiters to connect and interact with. The online groups are a great resource for you to ask questions, seek expert advice, and share your knowledge with others.

On the other hand, there are lots of resources you can leverage to expand your knowledge and enhance your career. There are thousands of resources on different topics for you to explore.

Lastly, IHR has a growing list of trusted suppliers. You can use this list to find agencies or companies to outsource some aspects of your recruitment process. There is also a list of offers from different companies that provide IHR members with excellent discounts and perks.
