Women in Revenue is a non-profit that educates women to confidently participate in key decision-making departments such as marketing, sales, and customer success.
To join is completely free, you only need to fill out an application form and wait to be accepted, since every application is hand-vetted. Being a member of Women in Revenue comes with several benefits.
On the one hand, you will enter a Slack group. Inside, you will find like-minded businesswomen in a similar situation and with similar goals as yours. Over time, you will be able to develop a support network to rely on for advice and feedback. Additionally, the Slack group is great to create collaborations and find new job opportunities.
On the other hand, members participate in quarterly monthly events. These topic-based sessions are a great opportunity to get direct access to industry experts. The community's team invites women leaders from different companies to talk about a specific topic and give members actionable insights and advice.
Another great way to get access to experts is by participating in Women in Revenue's mentorship programs. The main program is "Revenue Allies". This program develops one-on-one relationships of mentors and mentees, who are matched using specific criteria. "Huddles" is the other mentorship program of Women in Revenue. This program consists of group mentoring sessions. The group is small, and members of each group participate in topic-based, workshop-style sessions and leave with actionable steps to success.
Furthermore, the community has several educational resources. Besides the resources members share in the Slack group, you will access member-exclusive, special content to develop different aspects of your career. On Women in Revenue's website, you will also find their blog, and some ebooks with research they have made. They also have a monthly digital magazine, and several mentorship worksheets to plan and reflect on.
Lastly, as a member of the community, you will get early invitations to exclusive networking events. You can also participate in the Speakers Bureau to get juicy speaking opportunities in events or as a panelist.

Meetings
Members of the community join in quarterly live meetings. In these events, the community's team invites expert women from the technology field to discuss a specific topic. Members can also participate, asking questions and getting valuable access to industry leaders, who can give actionable knowledge.
Learning Events
Women in Revenue runs different mentorship programs to support and educate women, to provide you with the answers you need to grow further. The main mentorship program is called "Revenue Allies". This program helps to build a one-on-one relationship between a mentor and a mentee. You will be matched with your mentor or mentee (you can also sign up as a mentor!) in the community's platform on Guider using different criteria (areas of interest, at what level and which role you work in, etc.).
On the other hand, there is another mentorship program called "Huddles". Huddles are small groups that gather to have topic-based, workshop-style sessions. These group mentoring sessions are led by designated mentors, who make them interactive by providing members with prompts to do some pre-work and integrating actionable goals into the sessions.
Networking Events
The quarterly live meetings are great networking events, that allow you to interact with other members of Women in Revenue and with several industry leaders. Additionally, as a member of Women in Revenue, you will enjoy early invitations to exclusive networking events.
On the other hand, the community has a Slack online group where members communicate every day. Having access to other members helps you to foster deep relationships with them since you will be knowing like-minded people in a similar position and with similar goals as yours. The Slack group is the ideal place to get and give advice, as well as to create collaborations and find new job opportunities.
Lastly, you can be part of Women in Revenue's "Speakers Bureau". If you are a speaker, this is an excellent opportunity to get yourself out there. The community's team selects speakers from the Speakers Bureau to join panels and speak at events, allowing them to share their expertise, connect to a wider community, and expand their network. Being a member of the Speakers Bureau also grants you the opportunity of being featured in the community's blog, distributing content in the community's social media and digital magazine, and being a mentor in the different mentorship programs.

The Slack group is an excellent source of content. Members share useful resources every day. Additionally, the community has some member-exclusive special content that will give you the insight and education you need to further expand your career.
